Steelhead Mysteries- Winter and Summer Techniques and Tricks

Monthly meeting of Tualatin Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited. At Lucky Labrador,Multnomah Village, 7675 SW Capitol Hwy. Portland. Wednesday, April 8,2015. 6:30PM social get-together,formal meeting at 7PM. Free and open to the public. Meeting speaker: Rob Crandall His topic: Steelhead Mysteries- Winter and Summer Techniques and Tricks Rob grew up on the banks of the Clackamas River chasing steelhead from a young age. With 23 years of guiding experience under his belt, his passion for fly fishing is reflected in his love for sharing golden nuggets of fishy knowledge helping others find more success on the water. Rob is the owner of Water Time Outfitters guiding with his team of guides on some of Oregonís best waters like the North Coast, Clackamas and Deschutes Rivers. Rob also is the editor of Flyfishing & Tying Journal magazine. Come join us for an enter-taining evening of steelhead talk and find out what youíve been missing in your steelhead fishing approach.

Stonefly Maidens Fly Fishing Club Monthly Meeting

Lower Owyhee River Clean-up

If you fish this river or just want a conservation project come help pick up the stuff left on the river. We will furnish lunch and prizes at the park below the dam after the clean-up for those that help.(approx.1:00pm)

Marc Williamson: Fishing Cascade Lakes

Marc Williamson will present a program on fishing Cascade and Central Oregon Lakes. Mountain lakes will fish early this year so use this program to tune up your fly box and your methods for stillwater fishing this spring! No host eats and drinks start around 6:00. Program begins around 7:00. Door prizes and raffle items at the meeting. All are welcome and there is never a fee for our programs.
