Summer steelhead are in the system. Stonefly nymphs (Rubber Legs, Kaufmanns Stonefly, etc.) can work if you're using indicator tactics. From Gold Bar to Monroe, you'll find classic riffle/pool/tailout water. Unless you enjoy crowds of gear anglers, avoid the Reiter Ponds area.
Sea-run cutthroat will come in soon. The cutts follow the chinook salmon and can be caught in the lower reaches and the Snohomish estuary.
Pink salmon should move through the Snohomish system in odd-numbered years. They should be available after the rain falls. Use a pink Clouser Minnow or pink Starlight Leech. Present the fly with traditional tactics such as you'd use with steelhead, then retrieve with jerks so the fly rises, sinks, rises, sinks, etc.
