How to Write a Product Review

Westfly gladly accepts product reviews written by users--as long as they're not shills for the product's maker!

Before you write a review, however, check with Scott Richmond (aka Uncle Fuzzy) to make sure no one else is already writing a review for that product. Just send an email to richmond@westfly.com with the product name; include your name and email address.

Product reviews follow a standard format:

1. Summary: product name; who made it; if it's a book, how many pages, how many illustrations, the size, whether it's hardbound or softbound; retail price; where to get it.
2. Introduction (brief)
3. Product description
4. Evaluation of product (the good, the bad, the ugly)
5. Who is this product for?
6. Bottom line: a 20 words or less one-liner.
7. Rating: 1 to 5, 5 is tops
