Tying Instructions

1. Debarb hook, place in vise, start thread.

 
2. Tie in tail.

 
3. Tie in tinsel.

 
4. Wrap tinsel forward and tie off.

 
5. Tie in hackle and wrap.

 
6. Tie in red goose biot cheeks

 
7. Tie in wing.

 
8. Build small head.

 
9. Tie off and whip finish.
