Carp Worm

HOOK: Tiemco 5263

THREAD: Black

BODY: Black chenille

HACKLE: Grizzly, reverse palmered

  Carp Worm

Uses

I'm not sure what this fly represents, but carp in the mid-Columbia Basin like it. It probably resembles a cased caddis, such as an October caddis, as much as anything. Use it when fishing over a gravel bottom.

This fly is really a Woolly Worm with no tail and the hackle reverse palmered.
