THREAD: Black

HEAD: Gold bead

TAIL: Brown goose biots

BODY: Copper wire

THORAX: Peacock herl

WING CASE: Pearl Flashabou or equivalent

LEGS: Hungarian partridge or other soft hackle material

 

Uses

General purpose attractor nymph. Useful in nearly any situation, especially when mayflies are active.

How to Fish

Use trout indicator or tight line presentation to dead-drift fly near the bottom; or use as a dropper from a large dry fly.
